Step-by-Step Guide to Add or Update Your VAT ID to your billing data
Add the VAT ID while upgrading to a PAID plan:
- When you upgrade your subscription to a paid plan, the billing information form will appear.
- The VAT number field will appear only if you purchase as a Company. To access it, select Company at the top of the billing form.
- Enter your VAT ID. Use the correct format based on your country’s requirements, including country code. (e.g. IT12345678901)
- Review the Subscription summary section on the right before confirming. Once satisfied, accept the Terms of Use and Privacy policy and click the Pay and subscribe button.

Update your VAT ID:
- Log in to your account and click on the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Within the Account Settings left menu, select the Subscription tab.
- The billing information section is down below.
- Look for the VAT number field and enter your VAT ID. Use the correct format based on your country’s requirements, including country code. (e.g. IT12345678901)
- Save your changes. Click Save changes to confirm your entry. The system may validate the VAT ID to ensure it is accurate and compliant with tax regulations.
