Change Your Sign-In Email Address

How to update your Sign-In email address when a change is needed

You can’t change your sign-in email address directly from your account. If you want to use a different email, you have two options:

  • either create a new account using the desired address;
  • or you contact our support team to request a manual update.
For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before completing the change. Once verified, we’ll update your email and notify you when it’s done.
