How to invite and remove team members

Team plans include unlimited users at no additional cost per person. You can invite as many collaborators as your team needs - everyone draws from the same shared monthly character pool.

 

How to invite team members

  1. Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Lara dashboard.
  2. Select Team members from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Invite Members. Lara will generate a unique invite link.
  4. Copy the link and share it with anyone you want to add to your team.
  5. Once they accept the invitation and sign in, they are added to your team and can start translating immediately.

How to remove team members

  1. Go to Team members from the Profile dropdown.
  2. Find the member you want to remove and click Remove.

Note: Removing a team member takes effect immediately. Their access to the team workspace is revoked, but their account is not deleted.

 

How the shared quota works

All team members draw from the same monthly character pool. Adding more users does not reduce the pool size. If the team exceeds the monthly quota, extra usage is billed automatically at €20 per million characters — the team is never blocked mid-work. You can monitor usage at any time from the Subscription page in your account settings.
