New Lara Translate plans are coming

What is changing on May 25, 2026?

We are simplifying our pricing structure to give you more flexibility. Instead of separate limits for different features and per-user fees, we are moving to a unified character pool. This means you can use your monthly quota however you need it most and for our Team users, you can now invite as many colleagues as you like to share that same pool at no extra cost.

For example, if you have a month focused heavily on processing large documents but very little text translation, your plan automatically shifts to cover what you're actually doing. You are no longer stuck with unused limits in one category while hitting a wall in another, Lara simply follows your lead.

Why is Lara changing the plans?

Our goal is to make Lara Translate more adaptable to your workflow and your entire organization. We’ve learned that some users translate huge amounts of text, while others focus primarily on document processing. By merging all features into a single pool, your plan now adapts to your specific needs every month, rather than being restricted by fixed categories.
Crucially, we have also removed per-seat pricing: your unified pool now supports unlimited users, allowing your entire team to collaborate freely without the friction of 'paying per head'.

How do these changes affect my current subscription?

Every existing subscriber is being moved to a new tier specifically designed to offer more value:

• For Pro users: You will transition to an exclusive "Plus" version of our new plans.

• For Team users: We are moving from "per-seat" pricing to a shared pool model that allows for unlimited team members at no extra cost.

Where can I find the specific details of my new plan?

Because we have tailored the transition based on your current usage and loyalty, we have sent a detailed email to the address associated with your account. This email contains:

• Your new monthly character quota.

• Your locked-in loyalty rate and special discounts.

• Full details on your "Early Adopter" benefits.

Do I need to take any action?

No action is required. Your subscription will transition automatically on May 25, 2026. Your billing date and payment method will remain unchanged.
