# PHP security vulnerabilities: impact on Lara

**Lara is not affected by CVE-2026-109618 or CVE-2026-109619.  
Customers can continue using the service without making any changes.**

#### About the vulnerabilities

On October 21, 2026, the PHP project disclosed two critical vulnerabilities that could allow an attacker to execute code remotely on affected systems. Their impact depends on whether a service uses a vulnerable PHP runtime.

#### What this means for Lara users

Lara does not use PHP in its translation services or in the infrastructure supporting them. These vulnerabilities therefore do not affect Lara.

You do not need to change your account settings, update your Lara API integration, or interrupt your translation workflows in response to this advisory.

If your organization uses PHP in its own applications, those systems should be assessed separately against the PHP project’s security guidance.
