Start by downloading the subtitle file from your YouTube video. Open **YouTube Studio**, select the video you want to translate, go to the **Subtitles** tab on the left, click the three dots next to your original language, then choose **Download file** (.sbv format). 2. Once you have your `.sbv` file, head over to the Lara platform and click on the **Translate Documents** tab at the top of the page. Drag your `.sbv` file into the designated area or click **Browse file** to select it from your computer. 3. After uploading, Lara will display the file name, detected language, and character count. From the dropdown menu, choose the target language you’d like to translate your subtitles into, such as **Italian**. 4. Click the **Translate into Italian** button (or the language you selected). Lara will begin processing your file, and you’ll see a progress bar indicating **Translating into Italian**. 5. Once the translation is complete, Lara will show a confirmation screen with the name of your translated file (for example, `Video_it.sbv`). Click **Download** to save the translated subtitle file to your device. 6. Go back to **YouTube Studio**, open the **Subtitles** section for your video, and click **Add language**. Select the new translated language (like Italian), then click **Add** next to “Subtitles” and upload the `.sbv` file you just downloaded from Lara. 7. After uploading, be sure to save your changes.
