Understanding Billing Currencies

Understand Pricing and Currency on Your Invoices

  1. All subscriptions on our platform are billed exclusively in Euro (€), regardless of your location. This means that all charges, payments, and invoices will reflect pricing in Euro only.
  2. To review your subscription details and billing amounts, sign in to your account and navigate to the Account Settings section by clicking on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Go to the Subscription tab to find a summary of your current plan, billing period, and the amount you are charged in Euro (€).

  4. If you're viewing your invoice, you’ll notice that all amounts, including taxes and totals, are displayed in Euro (€). This is a standard practice for all users to ensure consistency across billing.

  5. If your payment method is in a currency other than Euro, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rates. Please check with your provider for details on conversion rates or additional fees.
  6. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to change the billing currency to any other currency. For any specific billing or currency-related concerns, feel free to contact our Customer Support Team.
