Didn’t get the password reset email? Here’s what to do
Check your spam folder or try Google Login to get back in
-
First, take a look in your spam or junk folder. Password reset emails sometimes get filtered there by mistake. If you spot it, mark it as “Not Spam” so you’ll get future emails without issues.
-
If you still don’t see the email, think about how you normally log in. If you usually sign in with your Google account, you don’t actually have a password with us. Just go back to the login page and click “Sign in with Google” to access your account.
-
If you’ve forgotten your Google password, you’ll need to reset it directly through Google. Visit Google’s account recovery page, follow their steps to set a new password, then come back and log in with “Sign in with Google”.
