Accepted Payment Methods for Subscription Purchases

  1. We accept payments via major credit and debit cards. These include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay. You can use any of these cards to seamlessly make payments from customers worldwide.

  2. Ensure your card is authorized for online transactions. Verify with your card provider that your card is enabled for online and, if applicable, international payments to avoid processing issues.

  3. Bank transfers are only available for subscriptions managed by our Sales team. If you wish to use a bank transfer, please contact our Sales team directly to process your subscription. Note that this option is not available for self-service purchases on our platform.

  4. Unsupported payment methods. At this time, we do not accept payments via PayPal, cryptocurrency, or other alternative payment methods. Please ensure you are using one of the accepted payment options listed above.

  5. Update your payment method in the billing section. If you need to switch your payment method to one of the supported options, please follow the procedure here.
