When Pro plan quota is exhausted

A Temporary Solution for Handling Monthly Character Quota Limits

  1. First, check your dashboard to confirm your monthly character quota has been exhausted. You’ll see a message when you reach the limit.

    Contact Lara support
  2. Review your usage details to understand how you’ve reached the limit by clicking on the Profile dropdown at the top-right of the dashboard.
You'll see how many characters you’ve consumed for the current billing cycle for Text and Document translations.

  3. It’s important to note that your subscription plan does not allow for additional characters, and there is currently no option to upgrade to a larger plan. However, we understand that running out of characters can disrupt your workflow.
  4. As a temporary workaround, we’re here to help. If you’ve hit your quota, contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket or using the live chat option by clicking on the Support section at the top of your dashboard. Outline your problem, and our team will assist you.
  5. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll coordinate with the backend team to reset your monthly quota. Please note that this reset is a temporary solution to ensure you can continue using the platform without interruption.
  6. Our team will notify you via email or chat once your quota has been reset.

Disclaimer:
This quota reset is offered as a temporary workaround and should not be considered a permanent solution. When larger plans become available, you will have the option to upgrade on your own.
